What you can expect from us.
Each heir, privately
We speak with each heir on their own. Nobody has to sit in a room with relatives they'd rather not see, and what one heir tells us isn't shared with the others without their permission.
Everything in writing
You'll see our offer and your numbers in writing before you sign anything. If something changes, we explain why, in writing.
Time to decide
There is no deadline from us and no pressure. Take the time you need, and talk it over with your family.
The right attorney, connected
We connect families with an experienced New Jersey estate attorney we trust, and when you sell to us, we can cover the fee. The attorney represents your family's estate, not us, and you're always free to use an attorney of your own choosing.
Clear about our role
We are a buyer. We are not a law firm, a real estate agent or a financial advisor, and we don't give legal or tax advice. The estate's attorney works for the executor or administrator, not for us.
Honest about other paths
If listing the house with an agent, keeping it in the family or another option looks better for you, we'll say so, even if it means we don't buy it.
No fees to you
We don't charge sellers fees or commissions, and we never ask a family for money up front.
Plain language, one contact
One person stays with you from the first call to closing and explains each step without jargon.
Fair to everyone
We treat every family and every heir the same way, in every New Jersey community, in keeping with fair-housing law.
